St. Dalfour Chia Pudding

  • 60g chia seeds
  • 250ml almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 15ml maple syrup or honey
  • 2.5ml vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Strawberries, blackberries, kiwis, raspberries, and oranges (sliced) for topping
  • St. Dalfour Fruit Spread (any flavor of your choice)


1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

2. Mix well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chia pudding mixture overnight or for at least 4 hours. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.

4. Spoon the chia pudding into serving bowls or glasses. Arrange slices of strawberries, blackberries, kiwis, raspberries, and oranges on top of the chia pudding. Generously spoon St. Dalfour Fruit Spread over the mixed berries, ensuring a delightful layer of sweetness.

5. Serve the chia pudding with the vibrant fruit topping immediately.
