St. Dalfour Orange Marmalade Glazed Chicken
This Orange Glazed Chicken recipe is filled with flavor due to the delicious combination of spices & St. Dalfour Orange Marmalade Fruit Spread. Serve chicken over rice or enjoy it on it’s own!

Chicken breast or chicken thighs
4 TBSP St. Dalfour Orange Marmalade Fruit Spread
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 TSP Orange & lime juice
TBSP Chili powder
1. For the glaze place in a bowl 4 tbsp. Orange marmalade, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice and juice of a fresh orange and a fresh lime, with the spices. I used turmeric, garlic, onion and chili powder and chicken seasoning blend.
2.In a medium pan add olive oil and heat to medium high. Add chicken breast and cook for 35 minutes. Drizzle the glaze mixture on top of the chicken breast and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the glaze is thickened to coat the chicken perfectly.
4. Put some fresh aromatic thyme on top of the chicken and baste with orange glaze and repeat it for several times. Make sure the chicken is coated well by the glaze.
5. This meal is perfect to serve over rice with the glaze drizzled on top.
