St. Dalfour Apple Cinnamon Popcorn Chicken
The perfect spring recipe has arrived. Crispy popcorn chicken marinated in our St. Dalfour Apple Cinnamon Fruit Spread is a duo worth trying. Serve over rice and add in some of your favorite vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
Serves 3
11 OZ boneless chicken meat, cut into chunks
1 /2 egg, beaten
6 TBSP potato starch + 6 TBSP plain flour
Some oil for cooking
Toasted sesame seeds (Optional)
MARINADE
1 TSP corn flour
1 TSP chicken powder
½ TSP salt
1/8 TSP white pepper
¼ TSP sesame oil
2 TSP St. Dalfour Apple Cinnamon Fruit Spread
SAUCE
5 TBSP St. Dalfour Apple Cinnamon Fruit Spread
1 TBSP light Soy Sauce
2 TBSP water
1 TSP corn flour
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix marinade ingredients, add in chicken and mix well, let marinate overnight in the fridge.
2. Stir in egg, coat chicken with flour mixture.
3. Deep fry till golden and crisp.
4. In a saucepan, heat sauce ingredients over low-medium heat, stir constantly, bring to a boil. Turn off heat, stir in popcorn chicken.
5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, serve right away with rice.
