Optimal Food Processing
In the “Optimal Food Process”, the food is packed in a jar under a strong vacuum that permits pasteurisation at much lower temperatures than normal. Therefore we apply much less heat and for a shorter period of time than other Pasteurisation methods. Therefore, we retain more of the original flavour and texture of the food. Once the vacuum seal is broken, which is easily done using a fork, our Salads should be refrigerated and consumed like any fresh food.
